Terms of Use

The i-gold Account User Agreement constitutes the Terms of Use of the i-gold web site for and by the User as stipulated by the Issuer and is the only agreement between the parties. By establishing an i-gold account the User confirms that he has read, fully understands and agrees with each provision of the i-gold Account User Agreement. The User further agrees that in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the contents of the i-gold web site, including its Privacy Policy, the provisions of this Agreement will take precedence.
