i-gold Corporation regards the individual's right to privacy to be of paramount importance. We employ strict policies and measures to ensure your private information remains exactly that: private! We are committed to keeping your account information and your personal details secure. Your personal details will not, under any circumstances, be rented, sold or shared with unrelated third parties, partners or affiliates without your express permission.

The information we collect from you when you register for your i-gold account is your UserName and your email address. UserNames are provided to us by the person establishing an i-gold account. The UserName identifies the lawful owner of the account. Since you provide the UserName to us you may use any name you wish, including but not limited to the following: your real name, the name of a group of collective persons, such as a club, a partnership, a company, a trust, a foundation; or, a ficticious name, or any name you desire. For security purposes, once selected, account UserNames cannot be changed, although Users may amend their other account information such as email address and Password. We encourage account Users to periodically change their Password, which enhances account security.

i-gold Corporation and any of its employees will never ask a User for his or her Password. If you receive an email, which looks like it originated from us, and it asks for your private information such as an account number or password, this email will be fraudulent. i-gold Corporation maintains a strict policy of not discussing passwords with its account Users. User passwords are automatically created by our system when you create your account and are encrypted. It is therefore impossible for an i-gold employee to even know a User's password. Your password is your private key to access your account. It should be guarded and protected by you in the same manner in which you would guard and protect cash or credit cards. It should NEVER, under ANY circumstances, be given to ANY person, INCLUDING any person at i-gold.com. Security of the User password is entirely the responsibility of the User.
