The User further understands, acknowledges and agrees that i-gold accounts are not insured by any private organization or national government or governmental agency in any jurisdiction.

Sole and Entire Agreement

This Account User Agreement constitutes the sole and entire Agreement between the Parties. This Agreement shall supercede any and all other prior communications between the Parties. This Agreement may be amended at any time (with or without prior notice to the User) as desired by the Issuer. The Issuer warrants herein that any and all changes and/or amendments to this Agreement will be clearly posted on the i-gold web site. The User's use of the i-gold payments system after said notification of changes and/or amendments have been posted on the i-gold web site shall constitute the User's agreement by default of the newly amended Agreement and such newly amended Agreement shall supercede and nullify the previous Agreement in effect. At the time of such posting the User shall have 10 days to object to the changes and/or amendments via email or in writing to the Issuer, during which, the User may close the User's account.
